Near the intersection(s) of I-4 and I-75, this townhome was my primary residence until a couple years ago, when I started renting it out to friends of mine. Two of them remain there, both young professionals and long-term renters. One of them (Zach) is my co-host, and will serve as your primary point of contact during your stay!

The bedroom available is on the 2nd floor of this two bedroom townhome, adjacent to the bathroom. The full bathroom upstairs is shared between Zach and our guest(s).

The space: The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with two existing roommates on site. This arrangement features a fully furnished private bedroom, with the remainder of the home shared between you and the two tenants.

The tenant who is my co-host and your main point of contact (Zach), has a friendly pit bull mix named Logan. Logan will likely be there to greet you shortly upon your arrival. (If you're not a dog person, no judgment- but this may not be the right listing for you).

Guest access: The bedroom is your private area of the home, but you're more than welcome to utilize the remainder of the house, with of course the exception of the other two bedrooms.

During your stay: Zach (one of the existing tenants whose bedroom is adjacent to yours) will be your mid-stay primary point of contact. Reach him via the message thread if you have questions or need assistance. Zach works long hours as a personal trainer and will do his best to answer any messages in 2 hours or less. If you aren't able to reach him or if there's an emergency, feel free to contact me as well.

Other things to note: Be mindful of Zach's dog, Logan. Logan is very friendly, but at times, his excitement of seeing someone new can be a little overwhelming for some people. If you're not ok with that, we recommend finding another listing.

Pertaining to the kitchen, any existing food items belong to the existing tenants. Feel free to use the kitchen for cooking, cleaning up, etc., but bring your own food!

As mentioned earlier, both existing tenants are great guys, open communicators, and willing to help.
